The Sales Operations Supervisor supports the vision and goals of Fallon’s Home and Hearth by overseeing, developing, and providing product education, orientation, and setting the expectation for the customer. The Sales Operations Supervisor is accountable for maintaining proper Retail Sales Associate behaviors and practices, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through continuing education, training and mentoring of sales staff.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, follow up and meet deadlines.
- Possess a willingness to learn and problem solve.
Technical
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools, social media and smart device use and operation
- Must Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management System.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- 4 years’ experience in sales or related field
